Almond Meal Crackers

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 cup Water 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal1 cup Almond Flour1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
Directions
Combine Flaxseed meal with water and Oil. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until gooey. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Shape into a ball and place on parchment paper. Put another layer of parchment paper on top and roll out very thin (1/8" or less). Use psyllium husk as needed to keep dough from sticking. Score the crackers with a knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle with salt and seeds (optional). Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Allow them to fully cool before storing.
