Salad with Apple and Walnuts

Ingredients
1-2 leaves Romaine Lettuce1/3 cup carrot1/3 cup cucumber1/3 cup tomato1/3 cup red apple1/8 cup toasted walnutsThese are the quantities I used for the calorie tracking but you can adapt it as desired.
Directions
To Toast Walnuts:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Shell walnuts using a hammer
3. Chop nuts and spread on a cookie sheet
4. Cook about 5 minutes or until you can smell the nuts

To Assemble Salad:
Chop and combine ingredients
