Paleo Energy Bites

Ingredients
2 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats1 1/2 Cups Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened1 Cup Peanut Butter1 Cup Nuts, chopped2/3 Cup Honey2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Pulse oats in food processor. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix by hand to ensure it is well incorporated. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Shape into 1-inch balls. Store in fridge.
