Bush's Best Reduced Sodium PInto beans - 1 canMorningstar sausage patties - 3 unitsBaby Spinach - 2 cupsChicken Bouillon - 2 tspOnions - 1 cup choppedCarrots - 1 cup choppedFresh tomato - 1 cup shoppedSalt - 1 tsp Thyme - 1 tspWhite pepper - 1 tspRed pepper flakes - 0.5 tspWater - 6 cups
Chopped the sausage patties & put on a pot at high heat, add onions & carrots. Cook for a few min until the onions are brown.
Add the chicken bouillon, the pinto beans (drained & washed) & tomato. Cook for 2 min. Add spices & 4 cups of water. Cook at medium heat for 30 min.
After 30' add the spinach & the rest of water.
Let it simmer for 10 min and you're ready to go.
Serving Size: makes 6 cups
