Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (or other milk)1/4 cup canned pumpkin (no salt, not pumpkin pie filling)1 tsp cinnamon, ground1 tbsp maple syrup1 oz. prepared espresso (optional)
Directions
Heat coconut milk in small saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in pumpkin, cinnamon, and maple syrup and heat through. If desired, add a shot of espresso. Happy fall!
