I adapted this recipe from https://www.tasteloveandnourish.com/2013/03/01/silken-cocoa-chia-pudding/ to accommodate a 14oz package of tofu. I added the oatmeal and nuts so it would be more protein packed for breakfast!
Blend tofu, honey, vanilla and chocolate in blender. Put in bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
