Love this recipe! I've made them into tortillas a few times, but I cut them up into bite size squares and bake them at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. My 6 year old son calls them Tortillas Crackers and can't get enough of them. I also use half unbleached all purpose WF and and WW together. - 7/14/11

I make my own white flour tortillas but wanted to try whole wheat ones. The masa was more coarse and not as easy to roll out but it was also stuck less to the counter and rolling pin. The flavor was good but obviously different. Great recipie...much better than store bought and cheaper! - 2/17/09

They were fairly easy to make, I wish I had added some flavor to them. Some turned out crispy and a few turned out very soft so they will be easy to wrap. I will try them again. It seems to be a good workout for your arms.
I tried one this morning with peanut butter and wrapped a banana. Was good!! - 2/1/09
