Ingredients

4 string cheese sticks, cut into thirds12 pretzel sticks12 chives or 3 green onions, greens only sliced lengthwise into strips

Directions

Carefully slice a small "X" into the center of one end of each piece of cheese.
On the other end, slice through the cheese about 1/3 of the up, all the way around to create broom bristles.
Tie a chive around the top of the piece of cheese and trim the ends.
Poke the pretzel into the scored "X" on the top of the cheese.
Arrange on a plate and serve.
