Un-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey3 links - turkey Italian Sausage1 tablespoon olive oil1 large onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 large cabbage, chopped2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1/2 cup water1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon sea salt1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
In a large dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and sausage and onion - cook, stirring, until ground turkey and sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender.

Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.

Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, pepper, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
