California Roll

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown rice1 cup water1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. rice vinegarpinch of ginger1/3 cup imitation crab meat, minced1 tbsp. mayonnaise1 tsp. Sriracha or hot sauce1 sushi Nori wrapper (toasted)
Directions
Heat water to boiling. Add the rice, salt, sugar, vinegar and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and steam for forty to forty-five minutes. Cool to room temperature. Layer rice on a sushi mat. Mix the crab, Sriracha and mayonnaise. Place a Nori wrapper on the layer of rice. Place crab filling in the center and roll-up tight. Chill. Slice and wipe the knife blade with a clean wet cloth between cuts.
