Made this tonight and it was very tasty. Squeezed the lemon and grated the ginger, so not quick. Skipped the sugar & tried white balsamic. Seemed salty, even with lo-sodium soy sauce. Skin stuck to the pan. Next time, I'll marinate & then bake this to avoid standing over the stove. Hubby liked it. - 2/11/08

I used the sauce to marinade the salmon for a couple of hours, then grilled the salmon in my grill pan and it was awesome. I served wild rice with corn in it and a mango avacado salsa with it. One of my favorite dinners now! - 1/28/08

This was delicious!! I didn't have any white wine so I just used water and I also didn't have any green onions. This recipe is defintely a keeper. - 1/28/08

(I wish I had had cilantro!) I turned this into a marinade - kept the proportions and made one cup - I left out the sugar, used white balsamic vinegar (it's sweet), used grated onion, garlic, ginger, added a tsp. of black pepper, marinated for 2 hours and then baked it! My family inhaled the stuff! - 1/18/08
