Ingredients
*Heartland Whole Wheat Dry Spaghetti (approx. 5.5oz cooked), 8 oz *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shreddedCarrots, raw, .5 cup, gratedBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .25 cup Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
boil pasta in water until done. Drain, rinse and set aside until the veggies are done. In a wok or large pan add the olive oil. Heat over high heat. Add cabbage, carrot, and broccoli and stir fry until tender. Add mushrooms and scallions and cook veggies until everything is crisp tender or done to your liking. Add pasta to pan with soy sauce and the sesame oil. Toss everything together and serve.
