Bent Mountain Stew (Brunswick Stew with chicken only)

Ingredients
ChickenTomatoesTomato pasteBeer (Lager)PotatoesCornCreamed cornChicken brothBrown sugarcarrotsyellow, red or green pepperOnionWorcestershire sauce
Directions
Saute a whole onion, green pepper in a large pan. Pull Rotisserie chicken from bones, add to saute pan. Splash some Worcestershire sauce and some beer into the pan.

Meanwhile in a large stewpot combine a large can of whole tomato, a large can of tomato paste, a can of whole kernel corn and 2 cans of creamed corn.

Boil potatoes and carrots separately to speed up the process.

Add sauteed veggies & chicken and boiled potatoes and carrots.

Season the pot with Worcestershire, season pepper, brown sugar, beer,chicken broth all to taste.
