12 oz. Tuna, packed in water, drained1 Tbl. Light Sour Cream1 tsp. Mustard1 Tbl. Sweet Pickle Relish2 Tbl. Orange Juice1/4 C. Walnuts, choppedGarlic Powder to tasteOnion Powder to tasteLemon Pepper to taste1/4 C. Dried Apricots, chopped
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. May be served by itself, spread on crackers or toast, or wrapped in whole grain tortillas.
