Ingredients
Olive Oil cooking spray1 tsp. minced garlic1/2 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms1 cup imitation crabmeat1/2 cup canned asparagus1/2 cup skimmed, evaporated milk1/2 cup angel hair pastafreshly ground pepperfreshly ground sea salt1/2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add minced garlic and mushroom. Saute until mushrooms become tender. Add chunked crabmeat and milk. (As mixture is heating, pre-cook the pasta - al dente).

Add cooked pasta and asparagus to skillet. Add spices to taste. A little paprika would add a nice taste and color. Toss several times as the liquid cooks into pasta, about 4-5 minutes at medium high heat.

Plate pasta mixture and sprinkle with parmesan. This is a hearty portion that would easily serve two if serving a salad.

This would be 7 points on Weight Watchers Points Plan.
