Ingredients
Cauliflower - 3 cupsgarlic - 4 clovesSmart Balance - 1 tbspvegetable broth - 1/2 cupmilk - 1/2 cup (we use non-fat)parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Directions
Saute garlic in Smart Balance.
Clean, chop and boil cauliflower in vegetable broth.
Place ingredients (including milk) into blender and puree.
Serve over fettucini.
