Tuna and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

2 medium potatoes.25 cup skim milk4 ounces water-packed tuna2 Tablespoons fresh chives OR 1 Teaspoon dried onion flakes1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake or microwave potatoes until they are easily pierced with a fork. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the potato, leaving the half-shells. Mash scooped-out potato with the skim milk, then stir in the chive (or onions) and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stuff potato shells with potato mixture and return to oven or microwave until heated through.
