Turbot Fish Low Carb Rolls

Ingredients
*turbot fish 6 ozButter, salted, 1 tbsp*fresh onion, 0.5 cupGarlic, .5 cloveBroccoli, fresh, 5 oz.Parsley, 1 tbsp*Old Bay Seasoning- 30% less Sodium, 1 tsplemon zest, 1 tsp
Directions
Saute' onion and garlic in butter. Add broccoli, lemon zest and shredded carrot. Add half a cup of water, cover pan, and simmer till half done. Sprinkle parsley on veggies. Sprinkle fish with seasoning. Spread fillets evenly with veggies. Spray microwave dish with Pam. Add fish rolls. Cook 5 min. on high. Yum!
