Ingredients
The bananas need to be ripe -- mash them well in a medium/large bowl. Add the remaining incredients one at a time, mixing as you go with a wooden spoon. Drop on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Cool the cookies completely. Store them in a tightly sealed container as they are pretty moist. Enjoy!
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Bake 15-20 minutes (oven times vary).
