*Instant Oatmeal, Dry, 1.25 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.75 cup *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Green chillis 3, cut in 6-7 piecesSalt to tasteRed chilli powder 1/2 tspTurmeric powder 1/4 tspGiner Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
1. Wisk the yogurt in a bowl to make it smooth and add 1.5 cups water in it and mix well
2. Add oil in a wok (kadai) and heat on medium
3. Add onions and green chilli and cook till onions turn golden brown
4. Add in giner-garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric (add a few drops of water if ginger-garlic is sputtering too much or sticking to pan)
5. Turn the heat to low and add the yogurt
6. Keep stirring the yogurt till it heats and begins to boil lightly
7. Add the oatmeal and salt
8. Let cook for about 3-4 min on medium or till oatmeal is cooked
