Easy Shepherds Pie

2 lbs. Ground Turkey1 cup Yellow Onion (chopped)1 can Campbell's Mushroom Gravy1/2 cup Water2 cups Frozen Peas & Carrots2 cups Frozen Sweet Corn4 cups Dehydrated Mashed Potatoes (prepared)1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Prepare dehydrated mashed potatoes according to box instructions (with low-fat milk and butter), then set aside and cover to keep warm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, brown ground turkey and onions, then drain. Spread cooked turkey and onions in a greased 9x13 glass baking pan. In a small bowl mix Campbell's Mushroom Gravy and water until well blended, then pour gravy mixture over turkey in baking pan.
Add a layer of frozen sweet corn and a layer of frozen peas and carrots over top the turkey and gravy. Then add a layer of the previously prepared (still warm) potatoes. Top by sprinkling Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese over potatoes.
Place baking pan in preheated oven and bake 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes begin to turn a slight golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes so the gravy mixture thickens, then serve.
Makes 10 very hearty servings. Save any unused portions, this dish is great left-over.
