Citrus Honey Salmon

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice2 tsp honey1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp pepper1lb salmon fillets1 tbsp. coconut oil
Combine lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in shallow baking dish. Add salmon fillets and turn to coat. Let marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in non stick skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until done turning once (about 3 minutes per side.)
