1 Can *Libby's - 100% Pure Pumpkin - Canned Cooked - 29 oz. / 1 lb. 13 oz. / 822 Grams 1 Cup Raw Organic Honey 4 Eggs, fresh, whole, raw,3 1/2 tsps Pumpkin Pie spiceDash of Salt1/2 Cup Organic Almond Flour1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground3/4 Cup Organic Raisins (optional - not figured into Nutritional Info)
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with a wire whisk until fully incorporated and "frothy." Spray an 11" x 7" x 2" baking dish with organic release spray and pour the batter into the pan. Smooth it out so it is evenly distributed... Bake at 350 degrees F in the center of the oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squaares. 1 square = 1 serving...
