1 3/4 lbs snapper fillets, trimmed1 small bag white pearl onions, trimmed & peeled1 bottle Lemon Pepper marinade4 Tbsp lemon juice4 Tbsp capers, drained3 Tbsp minced garlic1 1/2 cups water
Cut up and trim snapper into small pieces. Trim and peel pearl onions. Place in crock. Add lemon pepper marinade, lemon juice, capers, and water. If you want a mellow garlic flavor, add garlic now. If you want a stronger garlic flavor, reserve and add about an hour before the end of the cooking time. Stir. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours or overnight.
