Ingredients
2 pounds beef round stew meat, cut in 1" cubes1/4 cup flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspon pepper4 pkg Herb Ox lo-sodium beef broth1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce1 clove garlic1 bay leaf1 teaspoon paprika2 carrots sliced2 potatoes diced1 white/purple medium turnip diced2 onions, chopped1 stalk celery, clised
Directions
Place meat in Crock-Pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

Cover an cook on Low 10-12 hours (High: 4 to 6 hours.

Stir stew thouroughly before serving.

    Delicious. The best part of this recipe is that I prepared it the night before and then put everything in the crock pot in the morning. When I came home - VOILA! - dinner was ready! There was enough for my husband and Ito eat it for lunch the next day.
