Broccoli Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
Green Giant 100% Natural Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli and Cheese Sauce, 2.25 cupsKrusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 3/4 cupMilk, 2%, 0.5 cupEggs, 2 largePepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tspPepper, black, 1 dashParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/3 cupLouis Rich Turkey Bacon, 6 slices, crumbled fine
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, being sure to crumble the bacon strips and chop the broccoli finer if necessary.

Use a mini-muffin pan, for 24 puffs. Add pepper and salt to taste, if desired.

Bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes, until puffs are done. The tops will be golden brown and you can check with a toothpick as needed.
