Creamy Shrimp Spaghetti

8 oz angel hair pasta1 can 98% fat free cream of mushoom soup1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 can rotel diced tomatoes w/green chillis1 8 oz carton light sour cream8 oz cooked shrimp2 cups deluxe stir fry veggie mixOptional shredded cheese for the top (not included in calorie count)
preheat oven to 350
1.Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Pour frozen vegetables into the colander and drain the pasta over them. (helps to thaw them out )
3. Mix everything together (except cheese) and pour into 9x13 pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
4. Remove from oven and if using cheese sprinkle on top and return to oven for additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
