White Chicken Chili

3 - 15oz cans pinto beans5 shredded boiled chicken breast1 large onion (chopped or pureed)2 celery stalks (chopped or pureed)2 green bell peppers (chopped or pureed)2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed, chopped or pureed)2 cloves of garlic2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp cayanne pepper3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1. Drain pinto beans.
2. Chop onions, celery, peppers and garlic.
3. Mix beans, shredded chicken, onions, celery, peppers, garlic, chicken broth and spices together in crock pot.
4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10.
Serving Size: Makes 10 portions (1.5 c each)
