Turkey Pepperoni Meatzza

Ingredients
3lbs Ground Beef1 cup Almond Flour1 large egg1 15oz can tomato sauce1 4oz can tomato paste8oz mozzarella cheeseTurkey pepperoni Onion powderGarlic PowderSaltpizza seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ground beef, almond flour, egg and seasonings and salt to taste. Press onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet until the pan is filled side to side. Place in oven and cook for 20 min. While cooking mix tomato sauce and paste and add salt and seasonings to taste. Drain fat into bowl. Top with sauce, pepperoni and cheese and bake 15-20 min longer. Enjoy!

    I have had this recipe no less than half a dozen times. It is amazing for gluten and sugar free crusts. The crust is best described as a thin crust.. Depending on how long you bake it, and how thick you pour it. I like my crust crispy so I make it thinner... Very yummy to feed my pizza addiction. - 1/4/14
