Egg Substitue, 0.5 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeMilk, 1%, .1 cupSpinach, fresh, 1 cupCheese - Velveeta Slices (1 slice)
Saute Spinch with cooking spray until cooked. Slice small. Mix egg substitute, egg, and spinach. Season to taste. Spray bottom on cupcake tray with non stick spray. Divide between six cupcakes. Cut slice cheese in six stick down in each cupcake. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
