Apple Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 4 oz pork chops The calculation is for bone in, but you can use tenderloins 5 Tbs. Apple Butter 2 thick slices of onion, preferably vadalia
Directions
Cover each chop separately with 2 Tbs. apple butter. Place on foil and top with another half Tbs. apple butter. Place sliced onion on top of chops. Fold foil around chops to create a cooking pack. Repeat for 2nd chop. Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven until apple butter is bubbling, chops are cooked thru, and onion is soft. Takes about 30 minuts in my oven. You can use more or less apple butter/onion according to your taste.
