Sausage and Cabbage Dinner

Ingredients
16 oz. Turkey Sausage Kielbasa, sliced (Oscar Meyer is a good variety)1 small whole green cabbage cut into 1/4 wedges & then in half4 peeled turnips cut into quarters4 cups tap waterSmart Balance Margarine SpreadPepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot place the Turkey Keilbasa, the cabbage and the turnips and enough water to cover the turnips and barely cover the cabbage.

Bring to a boil and cook until the cabbage and turnips are tender. Drain the water.

Serve with Smart Balance Margarine spread on the cabbage & turnip if wanted. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
