1 pkg jennie o turkey 99/1 (20 oz)1 package taco seasoning1 can ro-tel tomatoes & Chilis2 oz fat free cream cheese! can pinto beans1.5 cups reduced fat mexican blend cheese10 corn tortillas
Brown turkey, add seasoning, ro-tel and a little water (like 2 tbs).. heat, add pinto beans and cream cheese, stir til cream cheese is melted
spray baking pan (i used a 11 in round pan) with pam; put a little of the juice from the meat mixture, a layer of tortillas, some of the meat mixture 1/2 c of cheese, repeat two more times then bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
Serving Size: 1/6th of the pan
