Ingredients
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt, drained1/2 cup dark sweet pitted frozen cherries1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 tbsp cinnamon1 small bananaabout 5 tbsp flax seed mealabout 3 tbsp organic coconut oil1 scoop whey protein
Directions
add (in order ingredients are given) to blender and puree until smooth - the flax seeds will still show (similar to strawberry seeds)
