Healthier No Bake Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 small banana, very ripe and pureed1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)1 cup sugar (brown or white)4 T cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla2.5 cups oatmeal (Quick is best)
Directions
Mix all but the oatmeal & vanilla in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Let cool for 1 minute and add the vanilla. Add oatmeal and mix thoroughly.

Drop onto a cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper on it. Let cool until firm (room temp or in the refrigerator).
