Ingredients
*Avocado Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove)Cannellini Beans, canned, 15.5 oz (remove)light red kidney beans, canned, 15.5 oz (remove)*Diced tomatoes with jalapenos 1 can 14.5 ozDiced tomatoes zesty chili style 1 can 14.5oz*Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp (remove)4 garlic clovesjalapenos - to taste2 Tbs chili powder1 Tbs oregano1/2 Tbs cumin1/4 tsp cayene - or more
Directions
Saute vegetables in oil, add turkey and spices. Once turkey is browned and mostly cooked, add tomatoes and beans. Can be served after cooking covered in the pan until vegetables are tender or left for a few hrs in a slow cooker on low.
