Lean ground beefRice A Roni (chicken flavor)Olive OilSalt & Pepper
Combine ground beef with rice a roni, season with salt and pepper. Form small meatballs and sautee in a skillet until browned. Add rice a roni seasoning packet to 2 1/2 cups of water and stir until combined. Pour water mixture over browned meatballs, bring water to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. Uncover and let remaining liquid evaporate until a sauce forms in the pan.
