Lana's Raspberry-Banana-Orange Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana, frozen (I freeze 2 halves when the bananas start to get soft and I always have them available for smoothies)1/2 cup frozen raspberries6 oz Yoplait light fat free peach yogurt1 cup Tropicana Pure Premium Light & healthy Orange juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender. Frozen veggies work best because there is no need to add ice to get a frosty refreshing smoothie. You can substitute other Orange juice but it will change your calorie & nutrient count.
