Jan's 100 Calorie Crabcakes

Ingredients
4.5 oz Lump Crabmeat3/4 cup light sour cream1.25 cup Panko2 celery stalks1/4 raw onion
Directions
Mix Crab meat, ½ cup of panko, onion, celery and sour cream in a bowl. Let sit in fridge for an hour or so (optional). Put remaining Panko on plate. Form mix into patties (makes approx 5-6) and coat in remaining panko. Cook on stove until brown and crispy.

5 Patties = 132 Cals each
6 Patties = 110 Cals each
