Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg (26-30 ounces) frozen hashbrowns (plain)2 - 14 ounce cans not-fat chicken broth1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 tsp pepper1 pkg (8 oz) Neufchatel cheese1 cup skim milk
Directions
Add first 5 ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for an hour. Stir and turn to low for another hour. Add cream cheese and cook for another half hour or until chees can be stirred into mixture. Add mild and cook 10-15 minutes longer.
