Ham and Rice

Ingredients
3 slices leftover ham (from Easter)1 package 90 second wild rice1/4 red pepper1/4 small red onion1 roma tomato1 clove garlicparsley1/2 cup reduced sour cream
Directions
Warm the ham.
Cook the onion, pepper, garlic, and tomato.
Through in the warmed rice.
Scoop in 1/2 cup sour cream.
Top with chopped parsley.
