Leek soup (poriluk)

Ingredients
2 Leeks1 tbsp flour1 tbs oil2 tbsp sour cream1 potato 1 tbs paprikasaltwater
Directions
Cut up leeks and cook in water. Cook about 1 hour on slow till you see leeks are soft and tender. About 30 min into cook add choped potato. When leeks and potato are cooke in separate skillet warm up oil and flour. Sauté till flour gets yellowish and add paprika, stir for few more moments. Add mix to leeks and cook for couple more minutes. At the end add salt. You can add sour cream when it all cooked or just before you eat it. For personal preferences. Some people just like soup without sour cream.
