3 eggs1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/3 cup milk1/3 cup almond flour2 tablespoons butter1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, whisk milk, flour and salt until smooth. In a small bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and add to the milk, flour and salt mixture. Melt the butter in a pie plate in the hot oven and tilt to coat the bottom and sides of the pie plate. Pour in batter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve while still hot with toppings of your choice.
