1 portabella mushroom4 leaves fresh basil1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar1 small (4" diameter) whole wheat pita
Directions
Grill the portabella mushroom (either on the Foreman grill or on a broiler pan under the broiler for 10 minutes), slice, and toss with basil and balsamic vinegar-- put into the pita and enjoy!
