1 medium apple (any type can be used)1 small mandarin orange.1 small beet, peeled and grated.1/2 cup chopped lettuce.1/4 cup oat bran.1 cup cooled green tea.1/2 cup water.1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
1) Cut and seed the apple. Peel the orange, and separate the slices of orange.
2) Grate the beet, and chop the lettuce.
3) Place all the ingredients into a blender (I use the Nutri-bullet), and blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed.
4) Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Serving Size: makes 2 servings.
