Simple Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
1 package Organic Trader Joe's Firm Tofu2 tbsp onion powder1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes4 tsp McKay's Chicken seasoning1/4 tsp granulated garlic1/8 tsp tumeric
Directions
Drain your tofu and mash it. Mix with remaining ingredients. Add a small amount of oil to pan to prevent sticking. Add tofu mixture and gently simmer until water is cooked out and it has a nice texture. This can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending how high your heat is. A slight browning of the tofu is ok.
