Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground turkey1 cup chopped red onion1 cup chopped celery3 TBLS chopped cilantro3 TBLS minced garlic1 TSP sea salt1 TSP black pepper1 TSP oregano1 TSP basil1 cup baby spinach6 red bell peppers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef and onion, add celery, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. When throughly cooked remove from heat and add in spinach. Wash and core each bell pepper, stuff each pepper with 1/2 to 2/3 cup beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in glass baking dish lined with foil. Add 2 TBLS water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and back for 50 minutes.
