Ingredients
2 c. Power Cakes Mix1 c. Vanilla Almond Milk1 egg (large)1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. butter, salted2 ripe bananas, mashed1 tsp. cinnamon, ground1/2 c. Dark Chocolate Chips (Nestle)1/2 c. Walnuts, pieces
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out slightly moist.
