Ingredients
PC Blue Menu Just Peanuts Smooth Peanut Butter - 4 tbsp Exact Vanilla Whey Protein supplement - 2 scoops (35g)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together. Once combined, roll into 4 balls. Ready to eat right away or put in the fridge for later.

    I made this in the proportions listed and it was far too crumbly. I think it was supposed to be only one scoop of whey powder. It may be that my scoop is a different size. Mine came with a 35gr scoop. - 10/25/18

    I think the 35g is the total amount of powder for two of the scoops that I used rather than 2 scoops of 35g each. The amount of oil in the peanut butter you use might also play a small role in the consistency.
