Oatmeal "Cupcakes"

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups oats (old fashion)2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar blend1/2 tsp salt1/3 cup mini chocolate chips3 over ripe bananas- mashed1/4 applesauce (unsweetened)1 1/4 tsp vanilla1 1/3 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 and line muffin tin with 12 paper liners (or use silicon liners).

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients (including banana) and stir well. Mix the wet into dry and fill liners. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
